GIJÓN, 10/06/2025.-El chef Ferrán Adrià durante la visita que hizo a las cocinas de La Laboral este martes en Gijón. Ferran Adrià ha considerado este martes que la gastronomía española está en un momento “maravilloso” con un nivel mundial “extraordinario”, aunque “hay que cuidarla y reflexionar sobre el futuro” tomando la cocina de China y de los países asiáticos como una “referencia”.
