LONDON (United Kingdom), 23/07/2025.- Former traders Tom Hayes (2-R) and Carlo Palombo (3-L) with their families outside the Supreme Court in London, Britain, 23 July 2025. The UK Supreme Court has ruled to quash their convicitons of rate-rigging. Former traders Tom Hayes and Carlo Palombo were convicted of interest rate benchmark manipulation in 2015 and 2019 respectively, with the Court of Appeal twice dismissing appeals against each of their convictions.
